Shepherd's Pie

Kentang memang banyak kat dapur tu, teringin lak nak buat shepherd's pie. Rupanya tak lah susah mana nak buatnya. Senang jer....

buat dua version inti...

Inti daging cincang
400 gm minced beef
1 sausage - sliced
1 1/2 labu bawang besar - diced
2 ulas bwg putih - crushed n chopped
4 tbsps chilli sauce
2 stalks celery - diced
capsicum - diced
chopped button mushroom
grated carrot

heat oil, saute onion and garlic to tender. add chilli sauce, mix well. add mince beef bring to cook. add mushroom, celery, capsicum and carrot. season in salt to taste.


Inti ayam cincang400 gm ayam cincang
1 1/2 labu bawang besar - diced
2 ulas bwg putih - crushed n chopped
4 tbsps chilli sauce
2 stalks celery - diced
1 red chilli - sliced
chopped button mushroom
grated carrot

heat oil, saute onion and garlic to tender. add chilli sauce, mix well. add mince chicken bring to cook. add mushroom, celery, chilli and carrot. season in salt to taste.


Kentang Putar (Whipped Potato)
600 gm - peeled, boiled until tender, mashed
1 cup uht whip cream
salt to taste
2 tsps pepper

combine all ingredients, whip til smooth mixture is formed.



spread filling evenly in a deep glass baking dish.


spread on top with whipped potato.
sprinkle with cheese if desire. bake 180 celcius for 30 minutes or when topping turns brownish...
Ready to serve.
