5 eggs
1 red chilli
1 shallot
5 pcs curry leaves
1 sprig daun kesum (laksa leaves)
1 tsp kurma powder
cooking oil or olive oil
salt to tasteMethod:
Put all ingredients together in a blender. Blend them to mix well.
Spread over preheated non stick skillet.
Roll tightly. Cut the way you like it before serve.
