2 shallots - chopped
2 clove garlic - chopped
6 pcs cili padi ginger - thinly sliced
1 cup Coconut milk
2 pcs dried tamarind
1 tbsp sugar salt to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion for garnishing
Heat oil in a pan. Drop shallots, garlic, ginger and cili padi in the hot oil. Stir fry a bit. Add in coconut milk, dried tamarind, sugar and salt and bring to boil. Slow down the heat. Don't stop stirring after add in the coconut milk. Put in the fish when it's started boiling. Add in the garnishing onion. Stir about 5 minutes and ready to serve.
