Speghetti Creamy Sauce


Speghetti with Creamy Sauce

1/2 packed spaghetti - cooked with 2 tsp olive oil & drained
3 tbsps olive oil
100 gm meat - minced
1 tin Nestle cream
200ml santan cream
1 cup water
1/2 tin button mushroom - diced or thinly sliced
1 big onion - diced
3 cloves garlic - crushed carrot - grated coarsely
1/2 green capsicum - diced
Salt n Pepper to taste
Parmeson Cheese for garnishing (option)

Method
Heat olive oil, saute garlic and onion till fragrant.
Add in mince meat and let it cook well then add in mushroom.
Add in all creams and water. Simmer for a while and add in carrot and capsicum.
Taste it with salt and pepper. Pour on speghetti and sprinkle parmesan cheese before serve.
