500g mussel - shelled
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1" piece young ginger - sliced thinly
1 big onion - sliced
2 fresh green chillies - sliced salt to taste
3 tbsps oil
- Wash mussels under running water and drained.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and ginger until brown and fragrant.
- Add mussels, onion and chillies and stir-fry for a minute before adding salt. Continue stir-frying until the mussels are cooked or onion soften. Ready to serve.
