Sambal Bilis Goreng

Wah... ni betul2 kampung punya style. Sometimes, I don't feel like to eat well prepared dish. I will look something like this. If I prepare this for meal... sure tak sedar nasi seperiuk habis. It's best to have it with dry hot rice or just sprinkle soy sauce (kicap la ) in it. Sure terangkattttt!!!!
1 big onion - sliced
1 fresh red chilli - sliced
1 handful of anchovies - fried
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil

Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion and chillies till fragrant and throw in the anchovies. Stir in the vinegar and off the heat.

psttttttttttt... tambah kicap jadi kuah pun sodap...

mmg betul..lauk nih la yg boleh buat makan lg bertambah2 pinggan..
my favourite nih.. i selalu guna cili padi, tak hiris pun, campak jer sebijik2, sapa nak pedas..tenyeh je kat pinggan.
anak2 pun suka..
(gamaknya nih mmg makanan org jawa johor kot..!)
