Mee Hoon Goreng

1 packet beehoon (soaked)
5 pcs fishball (quartered)
2 pcs tauhu (soy cake ) - cubed & fried
3 shallots 1 clove garlic
1 handful anchovies (can be changed to dried shrimp)
1 big scoop blended chillies
1/2 cup soy souce bean sprouts
vege of your choice (I choosed carrot)
salt to taste
Cooking oil
spring onion and chinese celery - chopped
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Pound to crush shallots and garlic. Add anchovies and crush a bit. Mix with blended chillies. Stir fry in hot oil and let the excess water disappear. Add in the soy sauce, fish ball and tauhu. Add in a pinch of salt. Add in the vege (carrot) and fold in the beehoon. Fold till cook. Then throw in the bean sprouts. Fold till all ingredients mix well. Off fire. Garnish with chopped spring onion and chinese celery.
