Bayam Goreng

Very simple dish and easy to prepare. Spinach - plucked, washed and drained
1 shallot - sliced
1 clove garlic - sliced
1 red chili - sliced
salt to taste
cooking oil
1/2 cup water

Heat cooking oil and drop the anchovies and sliced ingredients in. Stir fry till its turn brownish. Add in water and bring to boil. Add in the spinach and salt to taste. Let it simmer for 3 minutes and off the heat. Ready to serve.
