Patin Goreng Berlada

1 whole ikan patin (around 600 gm) - cleaned
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp salt
3 cloves garlic - pounded
1 big onions - sliced
2 scoops of blended chillies
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste
Cooking oil

  1. Mix the patin with turmeric powder and salt. Bring to fry until golden & little bit crispy. Keep aside.

  2. Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Fry the garlic till golden, put in the chillies (blended) stir-fry till the chillies a bit dry. Add in vinegar, sugar and salt. Add in the sliced onion and the patin. Mix well.

  3. Ready to serve.
