Sambal Tumis Udang

300g prawns - shelled and washed
2 big scoops of Blended chillies
4 tbsp blended onion
2 cloves garlic - pounded
1 cup tamarind juice
2 tbsp sugar (optional or can be reduced)
salt to taste cooking oil
1 big onion - sliced for garnishing

Heat cooking oil in a pan. Put garlic and blended ingredients in. Stir fry for 8 minutes. Add in salt, sugar and tamarind juice. Stir to mix well. Put in the prawns when the water in sauce reduced. Stir well for 5 minutes. Add in garnishing and mix well. Off the heat and ready to serve.
