Nasi Goreng Kupang

1 bowl cooled rice
2 tsp blended chillies (put more if u like it to be hot )
6 mussel/kupang - shelled n halved
1 shallot - thinly sliced
1 stick crab meat - sliced
1 pc celery stick - diced salt to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
chinese salad for garnishing

Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry blended chillies and shallot together till fragrant. Throw in mussel, crab meat and diced celery. Stir till the mussel cooked and add in the rice. Stir till all ingredients mix well. Ready to serve with the salad garnishing your plate.
