Talapia Goreng Kicap


Talapia In Dark Soy Sauce

1 whole freshwater talapia - sprinkle with turmeric powder n salt n fry
1 onion - sliced cili padi (small chillies) or red chillies as required - sliced
1 in ginger - thinly sliced
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar or Lime Juice
sugar to taste (optional)

  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Throw in the onion, chillies n ginger. Fry till u smell the aroma or till u sneeze . Add in soy sauce and stir. Add in vinegar/lime juice. Stir it to mix well. Off the heat.

  • Put your fish in a serving dish. Pour the sauce on it. Ready to serve your stomach...
